American Food Partners, Inc., announced today its acquisition of NGC, Inc., which includes The Town Dock, a Rhode Island-based seafood company specializing in squid and calamari, and the affiliated fleet of vessels.
The Town Dock was founded in 1980 by Noah Clark in Wickford, Rhode Island. Under his guidance the guidance of his son, current President & CEO Ryan Clark, The Town Dock has grown into an international player and market leader in wholesale squid and seafood. Ryan will remain as CEO of The Town Dock, ensuring a seamless transition for current customers.

The American Food Partners acquisition reflects American Food Partner’s growing presence in the U.S. market, adding The Town Dock to its portfolio with SeaFresh USA and the Handrigan Seafood brands.
